Virtual Front Desk

We are happy to offer face-to-face assistance through zoom with a financial aid staff member. If you have more complicated issues you will be able to see a financial aid advisor through the virtual front desk. Please have a photo ID and your SBCC K# available before joining the Virtual Front Desk. You will automatically be placed into a waiting room and be admitted once there is available staff.

Please be aware the last student will be helped 15-minutes prior to closing to ensure that we have time to serve you.

Monday: 8:30am-4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:30am-6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am-4:30pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm 
Friday: 8:30am-1:00pm
