Transcript Evaluation Requests

Use this online form to request evaluation of:

• California Community College transcripts 

  • Click here for a list of eligible colleges. For evaluation of coursework from non-CCC institutions, contact an Academic Counselor.

Requests can be processed once these conditions have been satisfied:

• You have applied for admission to or are currently enrolled at SBCC.

• For transcript evaluations: Official transcripts from California Community Colleges must be received by SBCC Admissions and Records.

  2. Click here to verify your transcripts have been received.

• For AP score evaluations: AP scores must be received by SBCC. Follow the instructions on the Advanced Placement (AP) Test Scores page to submit your scores.

• If you have not met the above requirements your request will be CANCELLED.
• DO NOT use this for for prerequisite clearance requests. They will not be processed. Click here for instructions on prerequisites clearance requests.
